Muhammad IRAWADI

Let Col. Muhammad Irawadi, has been supporting the Indonesian Battalion named as Kontingen Garuda/KONGA XXIII-A at United Nations Interim force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) since its deployment in early December 2006.

Armed with hands-on experience during his first assignment as member of Military Observer team in MONUC (Mission de l’ONU en RD Congo) – DR Congo, he plays an important role as Military Public Information Officer for UNIFIL. A truly golf-enthusiast and have been well exposed to assignments on various places domestically in Indonesia as well as internationally.

Upon concluding his most recent peacekeeping tour of duty in Lebanon, Let. Col Muhammad Irawady is then serving at PUSPEN – TNI, the Public Information Office of the Indonesian Armed Forces. The contingent, is now succeeded by Kontingen Garuda/KONGA XXII-B.
