Octave FERDINAL
Having previously assigned to UNAMSIL – United Nations Mission in Sierra Leone, Ocktave Ferdinal is nothing new to peacekeeping and DDRR process. Presently serving at UNMIN, the United Nations Mission in Nepal as Arms Monitor/Military Observer under Kontingen Garuda XXIV-1/UMN based in Khatmandu.
