- Vonny FERDINANDUS
Recently joined UNMIL in September 2007. Initially embarked to peacekeeping field since 2003 in Dili, Timor – Leste under the World Food Programme (WFP). Though this would be the first african-based mission, post-conflict assignment is nothing new to her, as progressive expertise in the field of finance. Developing more local contacts, trying new regional cooking recipes,meeting new friends while serving in Liberia – West Africa, Vonny is contributing further to the peace process and the stories continues.
Sulung PURWOKO
Courage under fire, this would be sufficient to describe this fellow’s personal quality traits. Equipped with hands-on expertise in medical field, having been working in West Papua, Indonesia – Sulung Purwoko, began to step-up into a bigger challenges, that is in the field of peacekeeping.
Starting his new career under the flag of UNMIS, the United Nations Mission in Sudan, Sulung will share more on how his days spent while serving for peace.
